At The House of Looms, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every carpet we create. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a warranty against manufacturing defects, depending on the type of weaving:

How to Claim Your Warranty:

If you notice any defect covered under this warranty, kindly notify us via email at hello@thehouseoflooms.com along with 3 clear images of the carpet. Please include your proof of purchase. Our team will evaluate the issue and provide the best possible resolution.

Important Notes:

• Warranties are non-transferable.
• Logistic charges for warranty claims are to be borne by the customer; however, The House of Looms can assist with pickup and delivery for your convenience.
• If your carpet is replaced under warranty, the remaining warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date.

Defects Not Covered by Warranty: Certain natural characteristics of handcrafted carpets are not considered defects:

• Shedding (minimized by vacuuming gently in low-power mode once a week)
• Occasional sprouting, pulls, or loss of single tufts
• Color and texture variations due to natural fibers, dyes, or exposure to sunlight, humidity, or heat
• Rolling marks (these usually disappear with routine vacuuming)
• Matting or crushing, which can be reduced with proper care
• Odors from recently unpacked rugs, which can dissipate by placing the carpet (back side up) in sunlight for 24 hours
