5. Made-to-Order Policy

All rugs from The House of Looms are made-to-order, meaning each piece is crafted specifically for you once an order is placed.
Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page and may vary depending on:

  • Design complexity
  • Rug size
  • Production schedule
  • Logistics availability

In case of delays, our team will proactively inform you via email.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically across India and internationally from our workshop in India.
Orders are shipped via DHL and other trusted logistics partners.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and customs processing (for international orders).

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for products with verified manufacturing defects.
Custom rugs (personalized in size, color, or design) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
For eligible returns, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
