Order Processing & Timelines

  • All our rugs are made to order. The estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are clearly mentioned on each product page.
  • Standard production time is typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the size, design, and complexity of your chosen rug.
  • Once your order is ready, it undergoes a final quality check before dispatch.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your rug is shipped.

Shipping within India

  • We offer free standard shipping across India.
  • Deliveries are handled through trusted domestic courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines usually range from 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide from our studio in New Delhi, India.
  • International orders are shipped via DHL or other premium global logistics partners to ensure reliability and safety.
  • Typical delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your country’s customs processing.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

Each rug is:

  • Professionally cleaned, rolled, and packed in eco-friendly, moisture-resistant packaging.
  • Sealed with protective layers to ensure safe delivery without folds or creases.

We believe the unboxing experience should feel as special as the rug itself.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided).
You can track your shipment’s journey from our studio in India to your doorstep.


Delays & Exceptions

As each rug is handcrafted, production delays may occasionally occur due to material availability or unforeseen artisan scheduling.
If this happens, we’ll promptly notify you and keep you updated until delivery.
