Yes. Every rug at The House of Looms is made-to-order and can be fully customized from size and color to weave type and pattern.

Production times vary depending on the weave and size, but most rugs are completed within 4–8 weeks.
Shipping timelines are provided on each product page, and you’ll receive updates as your rug progresses through each stage of craftsmanship.
All rugs are shipped directly from our studio in Bhadohi, India, via trusted logistics partners such as DHL and regional carriers.
We offer both domestic and international delivery. Tracking details will be shared once your rug is dispatched.
As every rug is made to order, we accept returns only in case of verified manufacturing defects.
In such cases, we offer an exchange or replacement after inspection.
Custom rugs cannot be returned, as they are crafted exclusively for your space.
To request an exchange, contact hello@thehouseoflooms.com within 10 days of delivery.
